SEATTLE POLICE TICKETING LATE-NIGHT DRIVERS FOR HONKING IN SUPPORT OF 99 PERCENT MOVEMENT

Seattle police officers started a new practice on Friday night in response to cars honking in support of the local Occupy Seattle demonstration, which is part of the larger 99 Percent Movement. The police announced that they will start ticketing late-night drivers for honking in support of the Seattle protesters, which led to one cabbie getting a $144 dollar ticket.
