MADISON (WKOW)-- The woman who won Miss Wisconsin USA 2011 now faces criminal charges.
Shaletta Porterfield, from Madison, won the crown last September. She resigned from her title in May.
According to Wisconsin court records, Porterfield is charged with three felonies relating to identity theft.
Porterfield is scheduled to appear in court on the charges in July.
The official Miss Wisconsin USA web page shows runner-up, Jordan Morkin, will now represent the state at the national competition in June.
