Controversial right-wing activist James O’Keefe is in Washington DC today attending the Faith and Freedom Conference. O’Keefe is currently on federal probation after being found guilty in a case where “he was accused of trying to tamper with the phones in Sen. Mary Landrieu’s office.” Days ago, the AP reported that a federal judge had denied his request for permission to leave New Jersey to attend the conference. You can read the order here.
