Rep. Gabrielle Giffords' condition has been upgraded from serious to good, NBC News reports.
Giffords, who was shot in the head during an alleged assassination attempt on January 8, waspreviously upgraded from critical to serious condition nine days ago.
Giffords watched the State of the Union in a Texas hospital with her husband, Mark Kelly.
