Stop the presses: Jimmie Walker, the actor best known for his role as Jimmy Evans on "Good Times," is not a fan of President Barack Obama.
"Barack Obama is more like a Tony Roberts type of guy," Walker said in an interview with Bill O'Reilly. Walker was stumping for his new book, "Dyn-o-MITE."
"You feel real good and happy and everything and then you go home and there's a foreclosure sign on your door," Walker said. "And you just go, 'Wait a minute. I just had this great meeting with this guy. He made me feel real good.' And I don't think he's a bad guy. I don't think he's a good guy for the job we have to do."
O'Reilly asked Walker whether he gets pushback from other African Americans because of his opinions on Obama. "Sometimes even a brother, you have to let him go," Walker said.
Still no word at this hour on which way Todd Bridges is leaning.
In case you missed it, Obama enjoys widespread black support. In 2008, he pulled in about 95 percent of the black vote. Many conservatives have argued that the president owed this strong showing to his race. But during the primary season before the 2008 election, Obama struggled with black voters, many of whom were sympathetic to then-candidate Hillary Clinton. And black voters have regularly cast about 90 percent of their support for Democratic candidates over the last several decades. Former President Bill Clinton actually underperformed with black voters by nabbing just 83 and 84 percent of the black vote in 1992 and 1996.
In a side story Sweet Daddy Williams was contacted for comment and it was something Walker may have heard before:

"Damn J.J, you gone be just like me when you grow up." In my Florida Evans voice, "Damn, Damn, Damn!" |
"J.J You In Trouble.....!" No Sweets, I would say more like he is troubled |

Timsomor's Comment:
J.J has indeed picked up one or two bad habits from Alderman Davis!
He worked with some of the baddest women in the game when they just plain Janes and youngsters like myself at the time, and yet he ended up with Coulter? Debby Allen and not to mention the lady that played his sister on GoodTimes! I guess love is love, but you must love yourself first.
Black conservatives do a hard and hammering job of putting out their message instead of starting the debate with all the facts or points as to why things are the way they are. Like Micheal Steele on MSNBC every day churning the butter of the GOP. He himself was outed for doing what the white RNC chairman does on a daily basic, yet there is not big fuss like when Steele was there.
Today Steele Churned out the partial fact that there were not jobs, yet he forgot to state that his party has done everything to stop any bills or laws that would address or even hint that his party cared about the problem.
Butter Churning From J.J:
“Barack Obama is more like a Tony Roberts type of guy,” Walker told O’Reilly. “You feel real good and happy and everything and then you go home and there’s a foreclosure sign on your door. And you just go, ‘Wait a minute. I just had this great meeting with this guy. He made me feel real good.’ And I don’t think he’s a bad guy. I don’t think he’s a good guy for the job we have to do.”
Question, Why is the the foreclosure sign on the door? What happened or rather who (Bush) happened to maybe cause this sign to get on the door?
Also, when you have a meeting and only listen to the speaker with no intentions of helping them address the problem what does that make you? Specially when you are in the position to act on those problems.
Walker sounds like the white manager or coworker saying the black guy does not have the heart for the job. This is the reality now. Yet, somehow you now have other blacks saying it for them.
