This is another one of Tommy's Gems. I think this is a one of his video's that really tells the truth. Black men and Black Boys get no respect or mention of the things that they do right. You are told quick you are nothing, or that you will be nothing in life, but still if you are a Black male reading this you made it.
You have beat the dark cloud of racism that is at it's strongest today, At-least for the moment. You have stayed strong even knowing that you will not get the job after your first, second, or even third attempt, even if you have the necessary skills and education to hold and maintain the position. As, Tommy mentions the stresses of being a respectful man and dealing with those around you who would rather see you self destruct just for their enjoyment, means you have made it.
